PRODUCT ENHANCEMENT FORM AND SUPPORT FAX FORM

Please	find  attached	two  pads  of Global product enhancement
forms and ten support fax forms.
 
Product Enhancement Forms

The  Product  Enhancement  forms  replace  Software  Performance
Reports.   The	purpose  of  a	product  enhancement form is for
resellers or end users to inform us of any suggested changes  to
our  software.	Product Enhancement forms should not be used for
bugs which need  fixing  with  some  urgency,  these  should  be
reported  to  the  Hotline  on	the  Support  fax form (QV).  We
believe  the  Product  Enhancement  form  is  self  explanatory;
however,  a  full  description	of  how  to  fill  it in will be
included in Issue 9 and subsequent issues of the Global Reseller
HandBook.
 
We  would  like  to  take  this  opportunity  to stress that the
Product Enhancement form  should  be  used  for  one  suggestion
only.	If  you  require  more pads of Product Enhancement forms
please contact our despatch  department  using	a  documentation
order form.
 
Support Fax Form

The  Support  fax  form  which	previously  was available in the
non-type set form has now been type-set and printed.  Ten  forms
are  attached.	 We  suggest  that  you  distribute  one  of the
attached Support fax forms to any member of staff who may log  a
problem  with  the  Global  Hotline.   We suggest that each such
member of your staff fills  in	the  reseller  company,  contact
name,  fax  number  and  telephone  number  in	box  1	and then
photocopies the forms and utilises one	photocopy  each  time  a
problem  needs	to  be logged.	This procedure will minimise the
amount that needs to be filled in bar a  log  yet,  will  ensure
that  we  are  only  receiving faxes of photocopies not faxes of
photocopies of photocopies.
