GLOBAL HANDBOOK ISSUE 9

Issue 9 of the Global Handbook is now available.  Two copies are
enclosed with this bulletin.
 
We have provided the  handbooks  in  the  new  Global  binders.
Furthermore  we have supplied fresh copies of the index tags for
those resellers who have mislaid the index tags over the years.
 
Chapter 3 (configurations) of the handbook has not  changed  for
this  issue  -	therefore we have not reprinted it.  Please keep
chapter 3 from issue 8 and place it in the appropriate place  in
issue 9.
 
Issue  9  covers  the  period January to April 1992.  It will be
superseded by issue 10 around the third week of  April.   Please
discard issue 8 (except for the configurations section).
