RENTAL FEE RENEWALS

It  is	nine  months  since  we introduced the annual rental fee
concept  for  Speedbase  Presentation  Manager.   This	bulletin
explains  the  procedures we will follow for the renewal of such
fees.  During the third week of every month, any  resellers  who
have customers with software subject to rental fee, will receive
proforma invoices.  These proforma invoices will  refer  to  all
renewals  in  the  month,  three months hence.	Attached to this
bulletin in January 1992 are proforma invoices for your  clients
who have rental fee renewals in April 1992.
 
When  we  receive  payment against the proforma invoice, we will
issue a proper VAT invoice for your records.  On the proper  VAT
invoice will be the password needed to operate the software.
