GLOBAL 3000 SOURCE AGREEMENT

Please	find attached the Global 3000 Source Agreement.  This is
an agreement which needs to be signed between TIS  Software  and
any  reseller  who  wishes to purchase the source of Global 3000
software.
 
Further copies of the form are available from our  software  and
documentation despatch department in the Farringdon Road office.
 
Please	note  that  the licence lists the pieces of source which
any reseller proposes to buy.  Any subsequent addition	to  this
list  once  the licence is signed would necessitate signing of a
second source licence.
 
The procedure for ordering source is as follows:-
 
1.  Reseller obtains two identical copies of a source  agreement
    from TIS Software's documentation and despatch department.
 
2.  Reseller  signs both copies and sends them to Martin Procter
    (Support Director) at 75 Farringdon Road, London, EC1M 3JY.
 
3.  Martin Procter signs both copies  and  returns  one  to  the
    reseller  and  updates  the register of resellers allowed to
    order sources.
 
4.  The software order is placed  in  the  normal  way	via  our
    software  production  department.	Our  software production
    department check the register of sources before shipping any
    source products.
 
Of  course, if you wish you may include the order for the source
in with the two signed copies sent to Martin Procter and he will
ensure	that the software is generated as soon as the licence is
signed and returned to you.
