GLOBAL SYSTEM MANAGER V7.0 ON THE APRICOT XEN FAMILY

This  reseller	bulletin  is  to  announce the release of Global
System	Manager  (BOS)	V7.0  for  the	Apricot  Xen  range   of
computers.   This  family  includes  the  Xen-i,  Xen-xi and the
Xen-S.	Please find attached the configuration details.
 
In addition to the standard peripherals documented in chapter  5
of  the  Global  Operating Manual (BOS) the Apricot Quad card is
supported on computers in the Apricot Xen  range.   Only  serial
consoles  and XON/XOFF serial printers are supported on the Quad
card.  Busy-line printers, $REMOTE and the  Serial  Port  Driver
are  not supported on the Quad card.  Only configurations with a
single Quad card are supported by GSM V7.0.
 
Only the DSP ARC-260X and DSP ARC-200 Arcnet cards are supported
on  the  Apricot  Xen family.  Neither Omninet nor Omninet-2 are
supported by GSM V7.0.
